This is where my 2 brothers and I grew up. The property is for sale because I am the only member of my family left and I no longer live in Minnesota. The house is small and old and should be replaced. Thats why I'm selling the property and not the house.

The 27' x 37' garage needs some maintenance and it needs a concrete floor. The pole barn would be perfect for some heavy equipment.

The new Essar plant is only about 3.5 miles to the south and east. The US Steel KEETAC Taconite Mine is about 9 miles away. The property is on a dirt road maintained by the township but it's only 1/4 mile from a state maintained, paved road. There is a full 1/4 mile of frontage on the dirt road. The 40 acres is 5 miles outside of Nashwauk and US-169. It's 2 miles west of MN-65.

I've hunted deer and partridge right on the property. Great for 4 wheeler's and snowmobiling. Several lakes nearby for fishing, boating, ricing and any other water sports.
